Students admitted to the Full-time and Part-time Programs at Methodica Acting Studio for Film and Theatre may apply for financial assistance.

Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP): The Lifelong Learning Plan (LLP) allows you to withdraw funds from your RRSP to finance training or education programs,
with no income tax payable on the amount withdrawn. To apply you must have a letter of acceptance to a full-time program from Methodica Acting Studio. The LLP allows you to withdraw up to $10,000 per year (to a maximum of $20,000) for you or your spouse without the withdrawal being taxed. You have to pay back the money to your RRSP over a 10-year period. The form you need can be downloaded from the government website by clicking here.
You will need to take this form to the financial institution that holds your RRSP's.

Financial institutions, such as Royal Bank or the Bank of Montreal also offer student lines of credit or personal loans.
